One of our key goals is to make a difference, bringing God’s Kingdom into our world. You can help make this happen by serving on one of our teams and finding a place to belong.

  • Want to be a part of seeing the youngest members of our church encounter Jesus alongside lots of fun and laughter? The Kids team could be for you - we'd love to hear from you!

  • As a Vineyard church, worship is one of our highest priorities. Our volunteer worship teams play a vital role in helping people connect with and glorify God through music. These teams support nearly every aspect of our church life—from Sunday services and kids groups to youth groups, small groups, young adults, team meetings, and beyond. We are continually seeking talented and gifted individuals to join our worship community. If you feel called to serve in this way, we would love to hear from you!

  • Our Welcome and Hospitality teams are the first faces visitors see upon arrival. With a warm smile and a cup of coffee in hand, we create a welcoming atmosphere that helps people feel at home in church on Sunday mornings. Whether you have a vibrant personality or a calm presence, you have the opportunity to share God’s love and warmly invite everyone in.

  • Our Photography & Media Team plays a key role in capturing the life and moments of our church, helping to tell the story of what God is doing in our community. From snapping photos on a Sunday to helping create content for our social media, being part of this team plays an important role in how we as a church communicate. If you’ve got a creative eye and some knowledge on how to use a camera, we’d love to have you on board!

  • Join the Set Up Team at South Site and East Site and be part of the crew that prepares the venues for Church on Sundays.

    It’s a great opportunity to contribute to the smooth running of events and support the church in a practical way.

  • There are lots of ways to get involved in Compassion at Birmingham Vineyard. You can check out the “Get Involved” Compassion page for more specific information about the various Compassion ministries, or fill out the form and the Compassion Coordinator will get in touch with you.

  • We believe that God created us to worship.

    The Production team do this by using technology to create distraction-free spaces where people can encounter God, spend time in his spirit, and worship him.

    The production team welcomes all who are interested, no matter experience or where you are in your walk with God

  • Do you love being a part of making events happen? Do you enjoy decorating for a party, cooking, planning, and hospitality?

    We are looking for a team that we contact whenever special events happen throughout the year who would love to get stuck in and help!

  • Are you passionate about seeing young people walk with Jesus? We’d love to have you join our Sunday or Friday night youth team.

  • Do you have some spare time during the week which you are looking to fill?

    We are always happy to have volunteers who are available to assist in the office with various administrative tasks.

    The commitment can be ad hoc or on a regular basis.

  • Do you have a desire in your heart to press into prayer?

    We have lots of way that you can help serve the church in this:

    1. Serve on the prayer ministry team at your site - we provide training on this. Speak to your site pastor for more information.

    2. Join the prayer gatherings that take place before the service.  There are also specific prayer meetings for each site - check the site page on our website for more details.

    3. Join one of our two prayer teams: our Intercessors are our emergency prayer teams, who pray for individuals’ circumstances as they arise during the week; our Corporate Prayer team meet regularly to pray for our church, our city, our nation and our world.

  • Join the team that plans and leads the Students & Young Adults events at Birmingham Vineyard.

  • Do you have a heart to press into the prophetic? Our Prophecy team meet regularly to train and engage in the prophetic gift to serve the church well.

We want you to feel released to use your gifts to the fullest as well as develop new skills and be part of a team. We’d love to get a feel for who you are and how we can help you flourish in this next season!
