Whether you're exploring leadership or stepping into a new role, Leadership Lab aims to build a solid foundation. We cover key principles for everyday, team, and group leadership through short talks, group discussions, and Q&A. Any upcoming leadership Lab events will be shown here:
Vineyard Leadership
Essentials
This course is for anyone in Vineyard churches across the UK & Ireland who wants to grow in their leadership. It covers everything from practical leadership to spiritual wellbeing. It’s once-per-month, and a 1-year commitment. You’ll be given content and a mentor to help you grow. Talk to your Site Pastor if you’re interested.
Vineyard Discipleship Year (18-25s):
A programme equipping young adults to find purpose and develop their love for Jesus
Vineyard College (21+)
Spiritual formation and leadership training towards leading churches and ministries.
Birmingam Vineyard internship
A year to grow as you study (using the programs above) and serve our church.
