We are so excited for our Big Weekend away coming up on the 12 - 14th of June 2026. This page is full of useful information you may need to know!
What is the Big Weekend?
It's a wonderful chance for the entire church, across all sites, to gather together with the wider 'family'. We'll have fun, make friends, relax, worship and be together, wherever we come from and however old we are!
Where are we going?
We'll be staying at Cefn Lea, a wonderful Christian Conference & Holiday Park in Powys, Wales. All meals are included in your ticket price.
Who's invited?
Everyone! If you're connected to Birmingham Vineyard, we would love for you to come along. It's going to be brilliant! We would love everyone who can to be there as a church family.
Camping tickets
This year, we are releasing a limited number of camping tickets. Camping tickets are 30% cheaper, and you can camp in your own tent or caravan. There are pitches available with and without electrical hookups. Please note: if you book camping, you will need to bring all of your own tents and camping gear - Birmingham Vineyard is unable to provide. To book a camping ticket, please use the code CAMPING when checking out. Once 50 camping spaces have been booked, we will close camping bookings until we have filled up the rest of the site.

We'll make sure everyone can access the weekend, either by giving them a lift or by hiring a coach (this will cost about £15 per adult, £6 per child). We will send out details about how to register for the coach closer to the time.
