On Sunday 30th our morning service is during the Great Birmingham 10km run, which goes right past our door. We're looking forward to using the opportunity to bless and support the runners as they pass by!
As a community, we have an incredible opportunity to reach thousands of runners with the practical love of Jesus. Bring along your kids, friends, dogs, (maybe even fancy dress!?) and join us in the Birmingham Vineyard car park to cheer on runners and create a fun atmosphere in Digbeth for the runners. We'll be setting up a BBQ so we can eat as we cheer and there will be a poster making station too!
There will not be a normal service at 10:30, as we will be engaging in this outreach, our 5:30pm evening service will be on as normal.
10am-1pm, this Sunday 30 April. The first runners will be coming by our area at about 10:23am.
What to bring
A pack of sausages and buns or something for the grill if you'd like to eat. Bells, whistles, or any other noise maker to aid in loud cheering. We'll be spending most of the morning outside, so bring a coat if its cold!
